Like many, I am drawn to abandoned and vacant places. The mystery and ambiguity of a building whose history is unknown is irresistible and can fuel the imagination. Out of respect for the law, I [mostly] resist the temptation to trespass. A challenging urge to overcome, as the photographic opportunities can be limited from the constraints of the property and fence lines. However, this can test one’s creativity and result in beautiful perspectives that may otherwise not have been considered if access was unlimited.
